Force fullscreen DirectX, DirectDraw, Direct3D application/game to Windowed mode

to Force fullscreen DirectX, DirectDraw, Direct3d application/game to windowed mode, use this application: D3DWindower (updated link)
note:
- I'm not the creator of this application, source : http://www.geocities.jp/menopem/ and was translated by some other guy, dunno who

Steps:
1. download the rar, extract it to some dir, eg. c:\d3dw\
2. run D3DWindower-English.exe
3. click #1 (see picture) to add application, and browse to the game/app's .exe file
4. click #2
5. click #3;
    a. Command Line: path to the game/app's .exe file (paste the complete path here)
    b. Common; Height, Width: adjust accordingly or leave it at 0 (zero, automatically adjust)
    c. DLL: path to D3dHook.dll (included inside D3DWindower)
    d. Other Settings: play around with it yourself
e. click 'OK'
6. click #4 to run the game/app
7. enjoy

Tested Game/Applications:
- Warcraft II BNE : working
- ...

the Height and Width can be adjusted to your liking, the display will be stretched/scaled up/down.
There might be some problem with mouse control, if you set the Height and or Width lower that the default resolution of the game/app.
